About UsIn Jan 2008 Bischero welcomed new owners Tommy and Anthony Encrapera. Anthony is a classically trained chef who brings a diverse background to Athens. He has worked in such gastronomic hubs as South Florida and Las Vegas. Tommy, who manages the front of the house, has held a variety of restaurnat positions.
